Laura Geddes-Brock
Head of Portfolio Insight IPA Cabinet Office

Responding to the challenges of reporting performance.

Synopsis

How do you measure the performance of the Government’s major projects? The Infrastructure and Projects Authority are designing and developing a Project Performance Framework to try and answer that question. We are currently collecting baseline data for projects to populate a project balanced scorecard to assess overall progress being made. We will discuss composition of the Portfolio, work to date and key challenges.
